How Long Are Bullying and Harassment Courses?
At UK Patient Care, our standard course is completed over 2 hours for staff and 3 hours for managers. We also have a train the trainer option which is completed over one full day.
Certification and Refresher Training Requirements
Upon completion of the course participants receive a certificate that is valid for one year. We recommend annual refresher training to keep these important skills at the forefront of everybody’s mind.
