UK Patient Care provides nationwide secure patient transport services, operating 24 hours a day catering for patients with a variety of different needs.
We have an experienced team of professional staff which includes registered mental health nurses and care assistants with experience in the mental health sector.
We are members of the Restraint Reduction Network and are committed to reducing restrictive practices.

We operate a transparent service and feel the use of body worn video cameras and vehicle CCTV separates us from competition.

Section 135/6 Transfers
Outpatient Appointments (hospital, dental etc)

Court Transport
Special Educational Needs Transport (SEN)
We have the capability to deal with the high-risk service users who are violent and at a high risk of absconding.

Vehicles
All our vehicles are modern and equipped with GPS, internal and external CCTV, panic buttons and two-way audio which is linked to our control centre.
We don’t believe in using caged vehicles and instead work on building rapport with the service user to make them feel comfortable, safe and secure.
We provide welcome packs which include snacks, water and smart screen entertainment. This will be discussed and risk assessed on an individual basis.

Our Approach
Every service user will be treated with respect and dignity. We pride ourselves on our preventative strategies to avoid restrictive practices, however, all staff are trained to use physical intervention strategies if necessary to ensure the safety of the service user. We will provide the necessary care to meet their needs working in line with their care plan to deliver the best possible service.
We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We pride ourselves on our fast response times and guarantee to dispatch a team within two hours of receiving a booking.
