Crisis Placement Services Overview
At UK Patient Care we provide specialised Young Person Crisis Placement Services to assist Local Authorities and individuals in urgent need of support and care. Our services are designed to provide emergency crisis intervention, offer respite from current placements, or serve as a temporary solution while more permanent accommodation is arranged. Our team understands the unique challenges that young people facing a crisis may encounter, and we are here to provide a safe and nurturing environment for them during this difficult time. We work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and social services to ensure that young people receive the care and support they need. Our crisis placement services are designed to offer a temporary solution for young people who may be experiencing mental health issues, emotional distress, or other challenges that require immediate intervention. We provide a comfortable environment where young people can feel supported and receive the care they need to help them thrive. Each young person is allocated a key worker where they have regular sessions to encourage and support with education, independent living and break the cycle of negative behaviours. Our staff are trained to work with young people in crisis situations and are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care at all times. We understand the importance of building trust and rapport with our clients, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can feel comfortable and secure. At UK Patient Care we are committed to providing a reliable and professional service that puts the safety and well-being of young people first. Our Provisions
All our provisions throughout the UK are individually risk assessed, well maintained, and close to local amenities. Our staffing is usually 2:1 but can be 3:1 or more depending on the needs of the young person. Our Approach
Our approach with young people is centred around offering them the chance to reset and break free from negative behaviours. We focus on their social and emotional development, as well as equipping them with the essential skills required for independent living. Each young person we support is assigned a dedicated key worker who tailors a life skills programme to meet their specific needs. This personalised programme includes developing communication skills, fostering independence, promoting community and online safety, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. In our supportive home environment, we establish clear boundaries and structures while nurturing personal growth and self-belief. Our goal is to empower young people to reach their full potential in life.Contact Us
